About Clearline Analytics
We're a small, senior team that's spent years inside operations, finance, and product teams. Clearline came out of a simple observation: most small companies don't need a data platform — they need a few clear reports they can trust.
Our approach
We think the analytics industry has made a simple problem complicated. Most of our clients don't have a petabyte of data, they have a few thousand customers and a billing system. What they need is not a warehouse rebuild — it's a straightforward pipeline, a handful of dashboards that match how the business actually operates, and someone who answers the phone when a number looks wrong.
So that's what we do. We keep the toolchain simple on purpose: Postgres for the warehouse, dbt for transformations, Metabase or Looker Studio for dashboards. Everything is version-controlled, documented in plain English, and small enough that your team can take over whenever they're ready.
Who's involved
Founded in 2019, Clearline today is a team of senior analytics engineers who've previously worked in-house at operations-heavy businesses. We stay small on purpose: every engagement is run by someone with a decade of hands-on experience, not a junior analyst backed by a sales team.
